It is my pleasure to officially invite you to the 2023 Bowdoin Alpha Delta Phi Reunion, Thursday, July 27th through Sunday, July 30th. In cooperation with Bowdoin College, we will once again gather at 228 Maine Street/Howell House. Also as in previous years, the upstairs rooms will be available for sleeping accommodations starting Thursday, July 27th. As always, this Reunion is open to all Alpha Delts, regardless of chapter, and their loved ones.

Portland International Jetport (PWM) – 1001 Westbrook St., Portland ME, 04102 (40 minute drive)
Boston Logan Airport (BOS) – 1 Harborside Dr, Boston, MA 02128 (2.5 hour drive) note: If you are flying into Boston Logan and taking the Amtrak to Maine, you must transfer to North Station by taking the Blue Line to the Orange Line.
Train Station:
Amtrak Station (BRK) – 16 Station Ave., Brunswick, ME 04011 (just blocks away) note: If you are taking a train from south of Boston to Maine, you will need to transfer in Boston at Back Bay Station to North Station by taking the Orange Line.

EVENT DETAILS
Annual Corporation Meeting: the Bowdoin Alpha Delta Phi Society Alumni Association will hold its annual meeting on Saturday, July 29th at 10:30 a.m. at the House. Among the topics that we will discuss are:
- The Bowdoin Alpha Delta Phi Literary Fund
- FDR Cup nominations process and this year’s recipient
- Chapter archives preservation project – a productive collaboration with Bowdoin’s Special Collections
- Planning for future reunions and alumni engagement
Brothers will be able to participate in the annual meeting virtually from around the world, provided that they have an Internet connection. Please fill out the google form if you will be unable to make it to the House on July 29th in person, but still want to attend the annual meeting online.
Friday and Saturday Bar Service: Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be served by Bowdoin College at the House, and this is covered in your fee. There will be open bars at the House on both Friday and Saturday evenings.
Tours: There will be tours of the Museum of Art, the new Arctic Museum, and a special pop-up display of Bowdoin Alpha Delta Phi history at the Bowdoin H-L Library. All are free to attendees.
