Members of the Bowdoin Alpha Delta Phi Society Alumni Association decided during the August 7, 2010, annual meeting to create the 1841 Club.

Members of the 1841 Club make recurring monthly donations to support the Association's activities, including insurance costs, Society dues, and reunion activities.

2011 Bowdoin Chapter Alpha Delta Phi Society Reunion August 4-7

It is my pleasure to officially invite you to the 2011 Bowdoin Alpha Delta Phi Reunion, Thursday, August 4th through Sunday, August 7th. In cooperation with Bowdoin College, we will once again gather at 228 Maine Street/Howell House. Also as in previous years, the upstairs rooms will be available for sleeping accommodations starting Thursday, August 4th. As always, this Reunion is open to all Alpha Delts and their loved ones, not just those who graduated in years ending in 1 or 6.

Literary Fund Supports Ulysses Symposium at Bowdoin April 14-15

The Bowdoin Chapter's Alpha Delta Phi Society Literary Fund is underwriting a symposium on April 14-15 at Bowdoin focusing on "The Next Joyce Century: Still Fearing and Loving Ulysses." The symposium’s aim to consider the place and role of this novel in this new era, as far as the eye can see. http://ow.ly/4wKOj

2011 Society Convention Delegate and Alternate Elected

During its annual meeting on August 7, 2010, the Bowdoin Alpha Delta Phi Society Alumni Association elected Zoe Reifsnyder '12 as its delegate and Matthew Schechter '91 as its alternate delegate to the 2011 Society Convention in Palo Alto, California. Congratulations to you both!

Dear Bowdoin Alpha Delt,

2010 Bowdoin Chapter Reunion August 5-8

Registration is now open for all Alpha Delts and their loved-ones to gather for Bowdoin ADPhi Reunion 2010.  We will gather at the Bowdoin Chapter House in beautiful Brunswick, Maine from Thursday, August 5th to Sunday, August 8th.  

You can get more information and register here.

Rooms will be available in the House with overflow on campus at $45 a bed for the entire weekend (not per night - the entire weekend). That is by far the best rate you'll find on the Maine coast this summer.  Registration includes 3 meals and libations for the entire weekend.
