When Bowdoin College regrettably decided to eliminate its Greek system, the Bowdoin Alpha Delta Phi Society Alumni Association negotiated for the right to continue to hold association events at our former chapter house at 228 Maine Street.
We were the only Greek organization to reach such an agreement with the Bowdoin College administration during the negotiations over the sale of our chapter house.
Now known as the Howell House, in honor of chapter alumnus and former College President Roger Howell, our members return during New Years and for our annual reunion gathering the first weekend in August.
We hope you will join us back at Bowdoin as we renew our ties among our members, enjoy social activities, and plan our continued involvement on the Bowdoin campus and in the national Alpha Delta Phi Society.
